Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Data Insights Specialist! Are you passionate about uncovering hidden trends and turning data into actionable insights? Do you have a knack for storytelling with numbers? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Collections Team by providing insights to data and recommend corrective actions together with automation of analytic reporting. There is a shortage of this skill in the team which makes data driven decisions slow.

If you have the following:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Advanced Excel user skills and analytical tools and processes.
Power BI reporting and MS SQL skills.
A strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Set-based T-SQL coding.
Experience with distributed databases and transactions and execution plans.

“Automated decisions”	refer to decisions made by electronic means without human intervention, based on personal information processed solely by automated means. These decisions involve the evaluation of certain aspects relating to a person, such as their performance at work, creditworthiness, reliability, conduct, or other similar characteristics
